In 2022, Oklahoma passed HB 3205, repealing juvenile drug court program costs and fees including court costs, treatment costs, drug-testing costs, supervision fees, and program user fees. HB 3205 also repealed certain parental reimbursement requirements for the cost of counsel, and the $25 probation fee in counties with juvenile bureaus.
