House Bill 3205

This bill abolishes several costs and fees including those associated with the costs of representation for appointed counsel, treatment costs, drug-testing, supervision, various drug court and other diversion programs program fees and other court fees. The bill also eliminates probation fees in the majority of counties in Oklahoma.
