Elimination of Fines and Court-related Fees for Juveniles

This bill would have waived the application fee and application process for children and certain young adults for determining indigence and obtaining a public defender, excluded children and young adults from driver license suspensions for failure to pay fees, and prohibited children and young adults from having to pay other fees.
