An Act Relating To Expenses Incurred In Relation To Certain Legal Matters Concerning a Child Under The Jurisdiction Of The Juvenile Court

This bill would have prohibited a court from charging fees for participation in a batterers' treatment program against a child's parent or guardian, made counties responsible for juvenile court expenses, and prohibited a court from ordering a parent to pay for costs and fees.
