An Act to Amend Sections of the Delaware Code Relating to Fines, Fees, Costs, Assessments, and Restitution

This bill abolishes all fees in the juvenile justice system and reforms fees and fines imposed on adults in the criminal justice system, including prohibiting driver's license suspensions for unpaid fees and fines. The bill also creates requirements for government agencies to report on fees, fines, and other costs collected, and establishes a study group to review the impact of such financial obligations.
